What data we process

The data you provide in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject (optional) and message. We also store the date, the version of the consent accepted and your truncated (not full) IP address, as proof of consent and to prevent abuse.

Purpose and legal basis

To handle and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Providing the fields marked as required is necessary for us to reply.

How long we keep it

For 12 months from receipt. After that period it is deleted automatically, unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship, in which case it will be kept for as long as that relationship lasts and for the applicable legal periods.

Who receives it

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf (processors), under contracts compliant with Art. 28 GDPR:

  • Vercel Inc.: website hosting (USA).
  • Neon: database storing the messages, with servers in Frankfurt (Germany).
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.: sending the notification email.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: domain management and anti-bot verification of the form.

International transfers

Some of these providers are established in the USA or may access the data from there. These transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info [at] kenkox.com or using the contact form. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is not intended for children under 14.
